01Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the United Kingdom, and each of the 151 towns and cities on this page has its own local guide: the homes there, the areas we cover and the floors that suit them. One honest limitation: wall panels and worktops cannot be sent to every area — parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the South West are excluded for those product groups. Flooring itself is not affected. Delivery times and options depend on the delivery postcode. See Delivery & Returns for the applicable estimate.
02Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are posted to your door so you can judge colour and texture in your own light, against your own walls and furniture, before you decide. Order two from the same colour to see the natural variation between boards. Order a sample.
03How long does delivery take?

04How is flooring delivered?
Orders of two boxes and above are palletised and delivered by a pallet courier. Delivery is kerbside: the driver brings the pallet to the edge of your property, not into the house or up stairs. The details are on Delivery & Returns.
