How we use cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep information in your browser in much the same way. This page lists every one this website uses.
We keep the list short on purpose. Cookies the shop needs to work are always on: they hold your basket, keep you signed in, protect card payments and help stop automated attacks. Everything else is optional and stays switched off until you allow it.
You choose in the cookie window on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time, here or through “Cookie Preferences” at the foot of every page.
Your current choice is stored in the cookie hfcp_consent for 12 months. Changing it takes effect straight away.

These make the shop work. Without them the basket, the checkout and your account would not function, so they do not need your permission. Some are only set in the situations described.

Marketing cookies
Only with your permission
If you allow marketing cookies, WooCommerce records where your visit came from. When you place an order, that source is stored with it, so we can see which websites, searches and campaigns lead to orders. If you do not allow them, these cookies are not set, and any that already exist are deleted.

Not in use
We do not use analytics cookies at the moment. The cookie window still offers the choice: if we add a measurement tool, it will only run for visitors who switch on “Analytics”, and we will list it on this page before it starts.

Other services your browser contacts
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Every request passes through its network.
- Google Fonts supplies the Poppins typeface. To fetch it, your browser sends its IP address to Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
- Stripe handles card payments. Its script loads on product pages, the basket and the checkout.
- Botpress runs our chat. Nothing is loaded from Botpress until you open the chat yourself.
