Pale herringbone for rooms that need the light back
Light Oak is the same 14mm engineered block as its dark twin, finished with an invisible matt lacquer instead of a dark stain. An invisible finish is designed to leave the oak looking untreated rather than adding a tone of its own, which is what keeps it pale in rooms that have little daylight to spare.
That makes it the one to choose where the dark version would close a room in: north-facing sitting rooms, small hallways, single-aspect extensions. The pattern still gives the floor something to say without adding visual weight.

Fitter’s note: Pale herringbone hides dust well but shows scuff marks from rubber soles. Felt pads on every chair leg are ten minutes that pay for themselves.
