To apply, submit the trade application with your business details, VAT number where applicable, and a brief note on the type of projects you typically work on — most applications are reviewed within 1–2 working days. Once approved, your trade pricing and access activate automatically on the next login. If you already have an approved account, use the trade login to return to your dashboard and continue browsing, ordering, downloading invoices or managing your trade activity. If you need account changes — additional users, extra delivery addresses, billing updates — our trade team can handle that for you directly.
Approved trade accounts unlock dedicated trade-tier pricing across eligible ranges, priority access to new collections, multi-sample requests for client presentations, account-based ordering, project guidance and direct contact with our trade support team. The discount level depends on the collection and project volume — for larger, recurring or specification-led orders we can also quote bespoke project pricing on request. On top of pricing, you get streamlined re-ordering, downloadable invoices for accounting, and the ability to manage multiple delivery addresses from a single account — useful when you are running several live projects in parallel.

Trade accounts can request multiple samples in a single order, which is useful when presenting finish options to clients — samples are sent in protective packaging suitable for client handover, and we can include collection cards on request. For larger or specification-led projects you can also book a free consultation with our team for sample planning, quantity calculations, finish decisions and product suitability — useful before committing on fixed client briefs. Our trade team additionally shares technical data: wear ratings, sub-floor requirements, expansion-gap detail, moisture tolerance and recommended installation methods. Yes. We support bulk and multi-room orders for residential, commercial and lettings projects. For larger volumes, reach out before ordering so we can confirm stock allocation, lead times and the best delivery setup for your project site. Stocked ranges usually ship within 2–5 working days; specialist, bespoke or made-to-order finishes can take longer, and we will confirm the exact lead time before order confirmation and keep you updated at each stage. We deliver direct to project addresses — including contractor sites and managed developments. Kerbside delivery is standard; timed slots and offload assistance are available on larger consignments — just request these when placing the order.
Unopened, unused full packs can be returned within 30 days under standard trade terms. Bespoke, cut-to-size or made-to-order items are non-returnable due to their custom nature, so please double-check specifications before confirming these orders.
