Most applications are reviewed within 1-2 working days, and trade pricing activates automatically on your next login.

What do I get after approval, and do trade accounts get pricing discounts?

Approved trade accounts unlock dedicated trade-tier pricing across eligible ranges, priority access to new collections, multi-sample requests, account-based ordering, project guidance and direct trade support. The discount level depends on collection and project volume. For larger or specification-led orders we can quote bespoke project pricing.

Can I get samples, pre-order consultations and technical support?

Yes. Trade accounts can request multiple samples in one order, useful for client presentations. For larger projects you can book a free consultation for sample planning, quantity calculations and product suitability, plus technical data on wear ratings, sub-floor requirements and installation methods.

Do you handle bulk project orders, lead times and delivery to site?

Yes. We support bulk and multi-room orders for residential, commercial and lettings projects. Stocked ranges usually ship within 5-7 working days; bespoke finishes can take longer and we confirm exact lead times before order confirmation. We deliver direct to project addresses including contractor sites.

What is your returns policy for trade accounts?

Unopened, unused full packs can be returned within 30 days under standard trade terms. Bespoke, cut-to-size or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Contact the trade team first so we can issue a returns reference and arrange collection where needed.
