The big Regency and Victorian houses of St Leonards were carved into flats, and in a conversion what you lay is the ceiling of the home beneath. Impact sound therefore comes before appearance: an acoustic mat under engineered wood decides how the job performs, not the grain on top of it.

Homes let across TN37 and TN38

The privately rented share of Hastings is larger than in any town we supply, and ownership actually rose here while it slipped almost everywhere else. A landlord turning a flat round between tenancies gets more out of LVT, which takes furniture being shifted and is patched plank by plank.

Houses at Ore and Hollington
