Ascot Natural Brushed Oak Wood Flooring 14 x 125 (mm)

The colour is natural oak with the warmth a lacquer adds.

Brushing gives the lacquered surface a texture that breaks up reflections, so it shows fewer of the fine scratches a smooth lacquer shows, while the lacquer itself wears harder than an oil and asks for nothing but a damp mop. When the film has worn, the floor is refinished as a whole. Tongue and groove, micro-bevelled, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; each box covers 1.8 square metres, and the manufacturer's warranty is 15 years.

It sits between the Ascot Lacquered Oak (smooth) and the Ascot Brushed UV Oiled Oak (oiled) in the same format and colour. For a wider board with the same idea, the Weybridge planks at 190 mm are brushed and matt lacquered in several tones.
