A white oiled floor is maintained with the manufacturer's white maintenance oil, not a clear one, which would darken the patch it touched. Beyond that the routine is the one for every oiled floor: low-moisture cleaning and local re-oiling where the traffic is. The board is tongue and groove with a micro-bevelled edge, listed as compatible with underfloor heating, and a box of six boards covers 2.904 square metres; the manufacturer's warranty is 15 years.
