Cobham Natural Oak UV Lacquered Wood Floor 14 x 150 (mm)

The colour is oak with the warmth a lacquer adds; the Rustic grade brings knots and colour variation to a smooth surface, where they read as a picture rather than as texture.

Because the surface is smooth and the film is a lacquer, this is a board for the living room, the dining room and the bedroom, where felt pads and a damp cloth are all it needs; it shows a fine scratch before an oiled or brushed board would, and it is refinished as a whole floor rather than patched. Tongue and groove with a micro-bevelled edge, listed as compatible with underfloor heating, 1.44 square metres to a box, with a manufacturer's warranty of 15 years.

The Cobham Natural Oak Oiled is the same width and colour with an oil instead of a lacquer and a calmer Classic grade; the Cobham Natural Brushed Oak adds a brushed surface. In the narrower Ascot format the Ascot Lacquered Oak is the direct equivalent.
