8mm Laminate Symphony is a grey laminate board on an HDF core, 8 mm thick, 193 mm by 1204 mm, click-fitted, with micro-bevelled edges and an AC4 rating. It is listed under the greys, the largest colour group in the laminate range, for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways.

An AC4 board is rated for busy domestic rooms. The click joint makes it a floating floor over an underlay on a flat, dry subfloor with an expansion gap, and it is listed as compatible with underfloor heating; it is cleaned with a damp mop, not a wet one, because the HDF core swells if water sits in the joints. A box holds 10 boards and covers 2.32 square metres; 25 year manufacturer's warranty.
