8mm Laminate Vivo is a grey laminate on an HDF core: 8 mm thick, 193 mm wide and 1204 mm long, click-fitted, micro-bevelled, with an AC4 abrasion rating. It is listed under the greys, for a bedroom, a living room or a hallway that wants a modern, neutral floor under coloured walls.

AC4 places the board in the upper half of the six abrasion classes, so it is rated for the traffic of a hallway. It is laid floating on a click joint over an underlay, on a flat, dry subfloor with an expansion gap, and it is listed as compatible with underfloor heating. 10 boards to a box covering 2.32 square metres; manufacturer's warranty 25 years.

Laminate is not for a bathroom or a laundry room; the BML Misty Oak rigid vinyl plank is the soft grey for those. The 8mm Laminate Unye is the paler neighbour in the same format and the 8mm Laminate Symphony the other mid grey.
