BML Natural Oak SPC Click Flooring

The colour is listed as natural oak, the tone of a lacquered oak floor, without the grain repeat being obvious across a room.

The plank itself is waterproof: a solid polymer core does not swell when it is wet, which is why the range is sold for kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms where an oak board would not go. The wear layer is 0.3 mm, the underlay is attached to the back, and the board clicks together as a floating floor over a flat, dry subfloor. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; a box covers 2.21 square metres with 10 boards, and the manufacturer's warranty is 25 years.

It is the board to choose when the room needs to match an oak floor next door without the moisture risk. The BML Natural Oak Wide is the same colour in the thicker, wider plank; the BML Herringbone European Oak the same tone as a parquet block.
