BML Light Oak SPC Click Flooring

A light floor in a wet room is usually a compromise between look and practicality; here the plank itself is waterproof and the surface is wiped clean, so the compromise goes away. Wear layer 0.3 mm, underlay attached, click-fitted as a floating floor over a flat, dry subfloor. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; a box of 10 boards covers 2.21 square metres; the manufacturer's warranty is 25 years.
