BML Concrete Grey SPC Click Floor Tile

The plank itself is waterproof and the core is rigid, so the tile goes into a bathroom, a utility room or a kitchen and is mopped clean. It floats on a click joint over a flat, dry subfloor with the underlay attached, and it is warmer underfoot than the concrete it copies. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; a box covers 1.488 square metres; manufacturer's warranty 25 years.
