AC4 is the abrasion class for hallways and living rooms. The click joint makes the floor a floating one: an underlay goes down first, the boards lock together on top, and a gap is left at the walls, all on a subfloor that is flat and dry; listed as compatible with underfloor heating. A box holds 10 boards, 2.32 square metres, under a 25 year manufacturer's warranty.

It is not for a bathroom or a utility room; the BML Smoked Limed Oak Wide rigid vinyl plank is the warm dark board for wet rooms. The 8mm Laminate Safranbolu is the lighter neighbour in the same format and the 8mm Laminate Inebolu the darker.
