BML Ash SPC Wide Flooring

The wide, light board suits an open-plan room and a Scandinavian kitchen, and the plank itself is waterproof, so it goes under the sink as well as under the table. What the specification adds: a 0.55 mm wear layer, an underlay bonded to the back, a click joint for a floating floor, and the need for a flat, dry subfloor beneath it. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating, packed 5 boards to a box of 1.74 square metres, and covered by a 25 year manufacturer's warranty.
