BML Herringbone Light Oak is the light oak block of the rigid vinyl parquet: 6.5 mm thick, 126 mm by 630 mm, textured surface, micro-bevelled edges, click-fitted. The colour is listed as light oak, a pale board with the grain showing, and the herringbone pattern gives a small room more movement than a straight plank would.

Parquet in a bathroom used to be a bad idea; with the plank itself waterproof and a rigid core that stays flat, it is a plain choice. The specification is the herringbone standard for the range: 0.55 mm wear layer, underlay on the back, click joint, floating installation on a flat, dry subfloor, commercial grade, and listed as compatible with underfloor heating. A box holds 24 blocks for 1.905 square metres, with a 25 year manufacturer's warranty.

The BML Herringbone American White Oak is paler and the BML Herringbone European Oak warmer, both in the same format; the BML Light Oak click plank is the same colour as a straight board.
