BML Grey-brown Oak is the plank for rooms that cannot decide between grey and oak: 5.2 mm rigid vinyl, 181 mm by 1220 mm, click-fitted, textured, micro-bevelled. The colour is listed as grey-brown oak, a brown with the warmth taken down a notch, which sits with both grey and white kitchens.

Because the plank itself is waterproof and the core is rigid, it is the floor for a kitchen-diner that runs into a utility room or a downstairs cloakroom on one level. Wear layer 0.3 mm, underlay attached, floated over a flat, dry subfloor with a click joint. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; 10 boards per box covering 2.21 square metres; manufacturer's warranty 25 years.
