BML Dark Oak SPC Wide Flooring

Dark floors show water spots, so this one belongs in a kitchen or a living room more than in a bathroom; in the kitchen it earns its place because the plank itself is waterproof. Above the print sits a 0.55 mm wear layer, beneath the core an attached underlay, and the boards are clicked together into a floating floor on a subfloor that is flat and dry. It is commercial grade and listed as compatible with underfloor heating. Five boards make a box of 1.74 square metres; the manufacturer's warranty is 25 years.
