These terms apply to all purchases, sample requests, deliveries, collections, returns and related services supplied by Homes & Floors. By placing an order, the client confirms acceptance of these terms. Homes and Floors Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales. Product images are typically actual or digitalised photos, although some stock photos may show products from previous batches. Batch variation may occur, especially with real wood flooring. We strongly recommend ordering samples before a full order. Product specifications such as pack sizes may change due to stock changes. Clients should seek full clarity on relevant details before ordering. Prices are shown per sqm in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Trade and wholesale prices are shown ex VAT. Delivery costs are not included unless clearly stated. You can purchase directly from the website or contact us for a pro forma invoice. Most products are held in UK warehouses with typical lead times of 2-5 working days, or 24 hours for next day delivery where available. Once payment has been made, a contract of sale is created between Homes & Floors and the client. We accept debit / credit card and bank transfer payments. Delivery is carried out by third-party pallet courier companies. Pallet delivery industry standard is kerbside delivery. Drivers are not insured to enter private premises or residences. Clients must check that the correct product and number of boxes have been delivered and that pallets show no obvious visible damage before signing. The floor or tile must be checked before installation. If an order is prepared for dispatch and the client cancels, costs incurred may apply. Returns that are not damaged or defective are subject to courier costs and a 25% restocking fee. Notify Homes & Floors within 7 days of discovering damage or defects. Photographic or video evidence may be required. Claims after installation must be validated by an independent flooring inspector where relevant.
